Bounded to the east by Windmill Lane, Osterley Park is one of London’s largest open spaces and contains a glorious castle of the same name. Originally built as a country retreat for banker Sir Thomas Gresham in the mid-1500s, it was remodelled 200 years later under the direction of celebrated architect Robert Adam. This soft, muted green is the colour seen at the main staircase and the north corridor.
